We offer a variety of high-quality hair types, including 100% virgin human hair, Brazilian, and Raw Indian textures. Our wigs and extensions come in various styles such as straight, wavy, and curly to match your desired look.

All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. Processing occurs Monday-Friday (if you place an order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day.) Our standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. All package deliveries are through USPS. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. Tracking numbers are provided and will begin to update 24hrs after receiving a tracking email. Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SimplyBOLDperfections prides ourselves on the high quality hair extensions we offer. However, if you are not satisfied we do offer returns on unopened products within 5 days. Exchanges are also offered within 5 days as long as there are no chemical alterations or modifications made to the product. We cannot accept any extensions that have been altered in anyway i.e. installed, washed, brushed, combed or cut. Inspect the hair without removing the rubber bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. You must contact us first regarding refunds or exchanges via email at simplyboldperfections@gmail.com. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless SimplyBoldPerfections was the party at fault. A full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be refunded in the original form of payment. Refunds generally takes about 2-3 business days depending on your bank. To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

• Gently wash your extensions or wigs with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
• Air dry or use a low-heat blow dryer.
• Store your wigs and extensions properly in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling and damage.

With proper care, our wigs and extensions can last up to 12 months or more, depending on the product and how often it’s worn. Our high-quality hair is designed to maintain its softness and durability with consistent care.
