Processing and Shipping

All orders will take 2-3 Business days to process. Processing occurs Monday-Friday (if you place an order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day.) Our standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. All package deliveries are through USPS. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. Tracking numbers are provided and will begin to update 24hrs after receiving a tracking email. Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns/Exchanges

Simply BOLD perfections prides ourselves in the high quality hair extensions we offer. However, if you are not satisfied we do offer exchanges within 5 days as long as there are no chemical alterations or modifications made to the product. We cannot accept any extensions that have been altered in any way i.e. installed, washed, brushed, combed or cut. Inspect the hair without removing the rubber bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. You must contact us first regarding refunds or exchanges via email at simplyboldperfections@gmail.com. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Simply Bold Perfections was the party at fault. A full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be refunded in the original form of payment. Refunds generally takes about 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
